POULTRY  ,POULTRY AND WHITE FISH.FISH MAY BE BAKED OR GRILLED WITH NO ADDED FAT OR EXTRA OIL ,PEANUT 

CREAMY  BUTTER ,PUDDING ,CUSTARD ,EGGS,AND WEAK TEA IT MAY BE GREEN OR BLACK.


FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID:

FATTY DIET FOOD SUCH AS FAT ICE CREAM,RAW VEGETABLES AND THOSE VEGETABLES WHICH PRODUCES GAS IN
