To make you fit you need to exercise daily ,for exercise you need to eat healthy breakfast,lunch and dinner.


  • Increase carbohydrates in your diet:    Your body stores carbohydrates and stores glycogen in your muscles, when you exercise your body converts glycogen into energy,so its best way to start eating carbohydrates 3 days before workout,eat diet that gets 70% of calories from carbohydrates  ,avoid getting starchy or sugar food before exercise because it increases dehydration,During exercise refined carbohydrates like fruit drinks are best because they enter directly into your bloodstream and boosts you energy


        After exercise reload on to less refined carbohydrates meal

  • Get enough protein but not too much:                                         Protein helps in the building of muscles important  ,on average a person eat 1.2 to 1.4 gram protein on daily basis.increase quantity of protein put strain on your kidneys,eat protein rich foods not protein supplements                                                                      MILK is the best food for recovery of carbohydrates and proteins ,it contains whey proteins and casein ,whey protein easily digest but casein takes time to digest
  •  Get on fat diet  :  Fat is very important for our body ,it produces energy when carbohydrates decreases in your body
