MENTAL HEALTH
MENTAL HEALTH includes social, emotional and psychological well being. It includes how we think and react in different situations. Maintenance of mental health is mandatory throughout the life.
Like your physical health, mental health also experiences ups and downs.
1.IDEAL SELF:- It is the person you want to be.
REAL SELF:-Your real self is actually who you are.
Incongruence in real and ideal self triggers dejected emotions like sadness and disappointment.
Man has to believe that he is fully functioning, believe in yourself and use your abilities.

4.EXERCISE:-It releases endorphins that make you happy. It not only changes your body but also relaxes your mind and your mood.
5.SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES:- It will make you happy.
6.EXPRESS GRATITUDE:- Don't forget to thank your blessings. Be thankful.
7.Eat a balanced diet.
8.Make time for yourself.
9. Do something that makes you happy.
10.Love yourself and love all around.
